隱私權政策 Privacy Policy

1.  隱私權政策簡介 


本人所創作之軟體(APP)，為尊重您的隱私權、保護您的個人資訊，我們將遵循以下基本原則：


1.蒐集您的個人資訊時，我們會清楚指出目的。

2.個人資訊將被蒐集時，我們會事先通知您且徵詢您的同意。

3.除非經您的同意或基於法律要求，否則我們不揭露您的個人資訊。

4.我們會安全的保護您的個人資訊。

5.您可以對以上的隱私權政策提出意見。


2. 本人APP中所收集的資訊為何？ 


a.  您提供的資訊 


- 交易及付款資訊

為處理購物與支付服務的相關交易服務或付款程序，因應相關服務所生之交易資料、付款金額與方式、用戶的信用卡資訊可能會被取得。請注意，購物程序應由適當的付款機構完成，我們不會保留任何信用卡資訊。此資料為Google play所收集。


 

b. 您使用本人軟體時被收集的資料 


- 記錄


不收集個人帳戶資訊，個人帳號的情形下，記錄最常使用之功能。本人使用Googlef所提供的Google Analytics協助此記錄的完成。


- 裝置資訊


我們可能取得您的裝置資訊（如應用程式版本、作業系統版本、語言與國家設定、裝置型號）。此資訊只用於軟體功能的開發，提昇軟體使用體驗，不會有其它非法使用。硬體權限之取得專為app正常功能運作所需。app作者不會使用硬體權限在app功能以外之範圍。


相機、麥克風、帳戶、聯絡人或電話功能之取得，如為錄音功能，app中可以直接明顯了解錄音之目的。不會有使用者未知之功能實踐。

 

3. 本人開發之軟體會如何利用蒐集到的資訊？ 


- 為用戶提供平穩流暢的使用體驗

- 遵守相關法律與法定義務。 

 

4. 本人開發之APP是否分享蒐集到的資訊？ 


未經您的同意，我們不會向第三人提供您的資訊。我想我也沒有這個能力。

 

5. 本公司是否與其他服務供應商合作？ 

無

 

6. 個人資訊會保存多久？ 

本人開發之軟體都是教學跟知識傳播之軟體。所以不會保留任何人之資訊。

 

7. 外部連結


- 外部資料連結

app中有任何連結，若為app作者所提供，皆為安全之連結且無色情、成人、賭博，酒精等不合兒童之內容。

。無任何惡意程式。使用者可安心使用。app作者亦會盡到監督之責。


-廣告

本人使之用廣告SDK為ADMOB。無色情、成人、賭博，酒精等不合兒童之廣告。



13. 是否有意見？是否有疑問？ 

若對我們的隱私權政策或處理個人資訊的方式有疑問，請使用email告訴本人。

14. 隱私權政策修改相關說明 

我們將可能不定時修改隱私權政策，以因應本服務與相關法律規範之變更。因為Google與世界的政策一直在改變。但本人以最大誠意確保使用者得到最大的利益。持續開發軟體。

 

15. 語言 

本隱私權政策有中文版及英文版。英文非本人之母語，如有任何歧異時，請以中文版為準。我想也不會有歧異，因為本人軟體的使用很單純。

2.What Types of Information are collected by the APP that I created? 



a.Information that You Provide


-Transaction and Payment Information


There may be occasions where the transaction information in correlating to the applicable Service(s), payment amount and method, and users’ credit card information will be acquired for the purpose of processing transaction and payments related to purchases and paid services.  Please note that we will not retain any credit card information as settlements of purchases shall be completed by the appropriate payment agencies. This data is collected by Google.


b.Information We Obtain From Your Use of the Service


-Logs


Upon access to the Service, access log information such as your use history(function click, close app, and time of the usage...etc), IP address, browser type, and browser language may be automatically obtained and stored. Such information will be used to analyze user environments, thereby enabling us to provide a better Service, as well as to prevent any unauthorized/fraudulent activities which interfere with normal Service operations.


-Device Information


Your device information (e.g., App version, OS version, language and country setting, and device model) might be acquired at times. This information will be used to improve our Service quality, as well as to prevent illegal or improper use of Service.


Hardware permission request only for APP normal function implement. App won't use this permission to do anything beyond the spirit and purpose of app. Obtain the CAMERA, microphone, account, contact person or phone functon for the recording function, user can directly understand the purpose of recording. There is no functional practices unknown to the user.



 


3.How does the App that I Created Use Information Collected? 


-to offer an continuously improved user experience to users

-to comply with applicable laws or legal obligations.


 


4.Does the  the App that I Created Share Information Collected? 


We will never provide your information to any third parties without your consent.I don't have the ability to do this. 



5.Does the App that I Created Use Other Service Providers? 


No


6.How Long Does the App that I Created Keep My Information? 


The Apps that I created are all about broadcast knowledge and teaching. No any personal information will be kept.

 


7. Linking 


-Internet www linking

any link the App that I created provide are safe link NO alcohol, gambling, adult... any unsuitable content for children. The author of app also take the responsibility for monitor the content of link. 


-ads

The App I created use Admob SDK, NO alcohol, gambling, adult... any unsuitable content for children .

We will modify our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service and relevant law and regulation since the world and google change their policy continuously.

This Privacy Policy is made in Chinese and English versions. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.

VBA EXCEL 工作表變化 馬上執行 的作法 Worksheet_Change

沒想到還會用到 Excel 中的 VBA，當初寫VBA就是一段窮極無聊的日子，用Excel寫星象表… 現在居然要幫一位老大哥寫這樣的程式…當真所有的事，當下是很難知道它發生的意義是什麼… 癈話不多說 先開啟EXCEL，存成副檔名為xlsm，這樣可以使用巨集功能。 然後看一上面，標籤列，有無開發人員選項。 如果沒有，從 檔案->選項->自定功能區->開發人員(打勾) 如果有，點擊 visual basic，就可以開始寫VBA 我們的目的是這樣的，如果 worksheet中有任何的更動，都會執行一段程式。 所以我們先點擊左邊的工作表1，然後右邊的程式編輯欄中上面的選擇列中，選worksheet。要記得這個設定是 對應到個別的worksheet ，所以如果有其它工作表，要個別寫對應的程式。如下 接下來選右邊的change 選完就會自動產生兩個程式名。 Worksheet_Change與 Worksheet_SelectionChange，如下。Worksheet_Change是指任何在worksheet 上的變動，就會執行這個程式。Worksheet_SelectionChange是指，選定EXCEL中的格有變化，如本來選A1改點擊了B1，這個動作就會觸發Worksheet_SelectionChange。 我們在兩個程式中寫一個MsgBox, 如下 各位可以試試效果如何。只要點擊左上方，excel的小圖，就會回到excel的worksheet中。 我們在 Worksheet_Change中增加三行程式，會在A1, A2, A3格中填入a, b, c。 各位是否有推論，這樣的寫法，會產生無窮迴圈？ 這個很重要！在寫 Worksheet_Change程式時，要很小心，如果是 工作表1自己的 Worksheet_Change要對工作表1自己做改變，就會進入無窮迴圈。 所以我們要能自由的開關觸發功能。用   Application.EnableEvents  我們加入  Application.EnableEvents ，再試試看。  如此這般。
